即日起，留学生学籍异动可通过正方系统线上进行申请和审核，具体流程如下：
一．留学生学籍异动类型：
延长学制
留级
休学（如果因病休学，需要提供并上传二甲及以上医院证明）
复学
退学
注：留学生转专业和转授课语言申请暂不支持正方上申请，还需要提交纸质表格。
二．留学生学籍异动申请：
由留学生本人在正方系统上提交申请，然后等待审核通过。
三．审核流程：
留学生本人在正方系统上提交申请后，先由留学生所在学院留学生秘书（切换到教务秘书角色）正方上审核，再到留学生所在学院的教学院长正方上审核，再到国际学院副书记审核，最后是教务处审核备案。

Application and Approval Process for Student Status Changes of International Students in the Zhengfang System
To All Colleges:
Kindly note international students can apply and undergo approval of student status changes through the Zhengfang System online. The specific process is as follows:
I. Types of Student Status Changes for International Students:
· Extension of Study Period
· Repeating a Grade
· Leave of Absence (If due to illness, a medical certificate from a Grade 2A or above hospital must be provided and uploaded.)
· Return to Study (Students who took a leave due to illness/injury must submit a diagnosis from a designated hospital confirming recovery and pass a re-examination by the university hospital before resuming studies.)
· Withdrawal from Study
Applications for changing majors or switching the language for international students are currently not supported on the Zhengfang system. Paper forms must still be submitted.
II. Application for Student Status Changes:
The international student must submit the application through his/her own Zhengfang System and wait for approval.
III. Approval Process:
After the student submits the application in the Zhengfang System, the approval process is as follows:
1. International Student Administrator of the student’s college reviews in Zhengfang.
2. Teaching Dean of the student’s college reviews in Zhengfang.
3. The International College reviews.
4. Academic Affairs Office conducts final review and records the change.
