Prof. Klein Ileleji is currently the associate professor of college of Agriculture and Biological Engineering, Purdue University. His research and education interests include solar drying technology, post-harvest engineering systems and coproducts and biomass feedstocks, powder and particulate science and technology applications in food, feed, nutraceuticals, agricultural chemicals, biopower and biofuels, Education and outreach in engineering and renewable resources systems and utilization, agricultural and rural development of agro-industries in developing countries – global food security.
