学术讲座摘要：
Cabin Noise Research & Development during the C919 program is highlighted in this presentation. During a Research & Development, it is critical to identify activities and opportunities that are possible to minimize risk. First the noise source affecting the cabin noise will be briefly reviewed. Then, activities, such as noise source and transmission loss assessment, performed directly on aircraft or in the lab using full-scale hardware will be presented. Validation and understanding of major risk associated with installation and design will be also highlighted. Finally, the author will introduce the future activities during flight tests for minimum weight and sound quality.
Cyrille Breard博士介绍：
Cyrille Breard博士是中国商飞集团（COMAC）国产大飞机C919项目噪声与排放技术负责人。他的研究领域包括城市噪声、机舱舒适性、坡道噪声、声学疲劳以及声学排放。在商飞的职责包括市场调研、飞行测试、风险管理、系统需求、组织变更等。在国际民航组织（ICAO）主办的中国民用航空环境保护会议期间，他为中方提供噪声和排放方面的技术指导。
Cyrille Breard博士也是浙江工业大学的客座教授以及香港理工大学机械工程系的顾问委员会成员。2012年，Cyrille博士获“中国政府友谊奖”；2013年，在中国商飞5周年庆上，因杰出贡献获得表彰。
2005年至2010年期间，Cyrille Breard博士在波音公司主持和参与了多个气动声学方面的研究项目。多数项目基于Quiet Technology与GE，Goodrich，ANA以及NASA进行了合作，这些项目的研究成果直接影响了波音787和747-8机型的声学内衬设计。2001年，他在美国Analytical Methods任高级工程师；1997年，在伦敦帝国理工学院劳斯莱斯振动工程研究中心任助理研究员；1996年，在法国勒阿弗尔大学获博士学位，并在国立雅典理工大学从事与博士和博士后有关的研究项目；2010年，在美国华盛顿大学福斯特商学院获技术管理MBA学位。他是美国航空航天学会（AIAA）的高级会员。
