On March 23rd, ZJUT held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement with Beihua University. Yan Xi'an, Deputy Director and Party Member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Xu Shilin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beihua University, Cai Yuanqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of ZJUT, and Zheng Hua, Vice President of our school, attended the ceremony and participated in the exchange and discussion.
Cai Yuanqiang welcomed Xu Shilin and his delegation and introduced the situation ZJUT. He said that Zhejiang University of Technology and Beihua University both have unique advantages and distinct characteristics in their respective fields of expertise, and it is necessary to truly transform the consensus on cooperation into practical development achievements.
Xu Shilin introduced the school-running orientation, discipline characteristics and other situations of Beihua University, and hoped that this signing ceremony would serve as an opportunity to deepen cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation and scientific research, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly enhance the level of school-running. Zheng Hua and Yang Yueting signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two universities.
