On February 9th, the Conference on Building a First-Class Innovation Ecosystem and Creating the Most Competitive Business Environment in Zhejiang Province was held in Hangzhou. At the conference, the list of winners of the 2024 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards was announced and the awards were presented. Zhejiang University of Technology received a total of 37 provincial science and technology awards, including 4 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and 10 third prizes led by its teachers. The total number of awards won set a new historical record for the university.
It is reported that the 2024 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Awards selected a total of 305 awards of various types, including 298 core awards such as the Natural Science Award, the Technological Invention Award, and the Science and Technology Progress Award, as well as 7 International Science and Technology Cooperation Awards.
