On the morning of December 8th, Zhejiang University of Technology Engineering Design Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for its headquarters building. Li Zhilong, the Secretary of the CPC Gongshu District Committee, Cai Yuanqiang, the Secretary of the Party Committee of ZJUT, and Ying Yimiao, the Chairman of Zhejiang University of Technology Engineering Design Group, attended the ceremony.
Cai Yuanqiang, on behalf of the university, congratulated the Engineering Design Group and expressed gratitude to all levels of government and all sectors of society that have long cared about and supported the development of the university and its affiliated enterprises. He pointed out that the Engineering Design Group is an important platform for the university to connect with society and serve regional development.
Li Zhilong, on behalf of the CPC Gongshu District Committee and the District Government, congratulated the project on its commencement. He said that Zhejiang University of Technology and Gongshu District have a long history of cooperation and will fully support the project construction and university-enterprise cooperation to help the Engineering Design Group play a leading role in the industry.
The leaders and guests present jointly pushed the button and laid the foundation, officially starting the construction of the headquarters building project.
