On the morning of October 25, 2024, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT) and Baimahu Laboratory held a signing ceremony in the Zhaohui campus to co-establish the Energy and Carbon Neutrality Academy. Liu Shenghui, Chairman of Zheneng Group and Baimahu Laboratory, and Gao Xiang, President of ZJUT, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Director of Baimahu Laboratory, delivered speeches and witnessed the signing ceremony. Representatives Chen Yao and Teng Weiming signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
