On the evening of September 13th, 2024, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT) held a grand opening ceremony for the 2024 undergraduate students at the Zhaohui Campus. Leaders of the university’s CPC Committee and administration, including Cai Yuanqiang and Gao Xiang, attended the ceremony. All undergraduate freshmen of the class of 2024 and relevant department heads were present at the ceremony.
President Gao Xiang delivered a speech, and Party Secretary Cai Yuanqiang announced the list of scholarship recipients for the 2024 undergraduate students. The ceremony also included the university badge wearing ritual, recitations by student representatives, a collective birthday celebration, and a group singing of the ZJUT anthem.
