On the morning of June 18th, the 2023 graduation ceremony was held at the Pingfeng Campus gymnasium. Cai Yuanqiang, the CPC Secretary of ZJUT, President Li Xiaonian, and university leaders Hu Wei, Chen Jie, and Yu Xiaofen attended the ceremony. Representatives from relevant departments, college faculties, advisors, and all graduating students were present at the ceremony.
Li Xiaonian delivered a speech congratulating the students on successfully completing their studies. He emphasized that graduation signifies students becoming more independent in thinking and more conscious in action, being capable of applying their knowledge to benefiting themselves and others, radiating positive and upward starlight, and becoming people who lead social trends.
Cai Yuanqiang announced the decision to honor outstanding graduates, and Li Xiaonian presented letters of appointment to the alumni liaison representatives for the class of 2023.
Yu Xiaofen read the decision to confer undergraduate degrees on the class of 2023, and Chen Jiming read the decision to award Master’s and Doctoral Degrees to the class of 2023.
University leaders presented honor certificates to representatives of outstanding graduates and awarded plaques to representatives of graduates in various categories, including those joining the postgraduates voluntary teaching corps, selected graduates, enlisted graduates, pursuing entrepreneurship, continuing advanced studies, and serving in national major strategies.
