The Transfer of Ownership of Low-Voltage Electrolytic Ozone Generator Exceeds 10 Million

In the field of industrial electrocatalysis, professor Wang Jianguo from the School of Chemical Engineering and his team have designed and developed low-lead and non-lead anode electrocatalysts (Figure 1) with the research idea of multi-scale, intelligent computation-electrocatalyst - membrane electrode -SPE electroreactor (Figure 2). The competitive adsorption mechanism of O?/O? on the interface of electrocatalyst sheet in the process of ozone electrolysis of aquatic products was revealed from the perspective of thermodynamics. The problem of low Faraday efficiency in SPE electrolysis with high current density under neutral conditions was solved. At the same time, the mass preparation process of SPE low-voltage electrolysis ozonator core membrane electrode was optimized, and a new high-performance cathode/anode catalyst was developed, which made a breakthrough in key technology of industrialization. At present, the team's low-voltage electrolytic ozone generator technology has completed 10.08 million intellectual property rights transfer with an enterprise in Zhejiang, accelerating the mass production and industrial application of lead-free low-voltage electrolytic ozone generator.
