On October 16 and 17, 2021 Mogan Mountain International summit on Green Pharmaceuticals was co-sponsored by our university and the Professional Committees of Medicinal Chemistry in the four provinces and cities of Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Anhui, and jointly undertaken by the Collaborative Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta Region Green Pharmaceuticals and the College of Pharmaceutical Science. The summit was held in Deqing. Vice President Zheng Huajun and Secretary General Yang Subei of Zhejiang Pharmaceutical Association attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
Academician Chen Fen'er, Chief Scientist of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta Region Green Pharmaceuticals and Dean of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology of our university, Academician Tan Weihong, Institute of Basic Medicine and Oncology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician Loh Teck-Peng, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Alexandr Dushkin, Russian Academy of Sciences Professors and many well-known academicians and experts in the pharmaceutical field home and abroad gathered at the conference. Nearly 500 people attended the conference.
The 11 conference reports and 53 sub-venue reports focused on research hot spots in many important pharmaceutical fields such as new drug research, green pharmaceutical technology, and demonstrated the most cutting-edge research results, the latest research trends and future trends in the pharmaceutical field.
The conference received 153 abstracts of conference papers, and evaluated paper posters and oral reports. Liu Lei, a 2019 PhD student in the College of Pharmaceutical Science, and Guo Jianan, a 2020 PhD student in the College of Pharmaceutical Science, won the first prize for oral presentations.
Prior to this, the Collaborative Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta Region Green Pharmaceuticals had successfully held four Mogan Mountain International summits on Green Pharmaceuticals.
