Professor Catherine Yang (Yang Fangshen), Vice President of California Northstate University and an alumna of Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT), visited ZJUT recently.
During the meeting, Professor Li Xiaonian, President of ZJUT, expressed the hope that Professor Yang’s visit would help to enhance the mutual understanding between the two universities, to bring into full play the complementary advantages of the two universities in the fields of pharmacy and bioengineering, and to engage in further cooperation in talent cultivation, scholar exchange and scientific research between the two sides.
Professor Catherine Yang said that she was very happy to return to the school and was sincerely proud of its achievements in the fields of talent cultivation, scientific research innovation, as well as international exchange and cooperation. She was more than willing to serve as a bridge between the two universities in promoting the bilateral relations.
California Northstate University is a private university, located in Sacramento, California, the USA, and it focuses on developing medical professionals.
