From November 7th to 9th, the 13th National Laser Processing Conference (NCLP2018) and the 2nd Laser Hybrid Manufacturing Forum (LHM2018) were held in Hangzhou, hosted by Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT).
More than 550 representatives from 78 domestic and foreign universities, research institutes, and enterprises from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Canada attended the meeting.
At the opening ceremony, Li Yong, Director of the Zhejiang Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, issued letters of appointment to the overseas experts newly recruited by the Laser Green Manufacturing Technology Innovation Introduction Base (the “111 Base”).
Experts and scholars have conducted extensive exchanges on six major themes such as "smart laser manufacturing unit devices”, and “laser and complete sets of equipment" in various conference venues.
The experts made on-site assessments and presented 13 outstanding student papers. Two postgraduates from ZJUTwon this award.
