On 21 April, the 2018 New Balance National Collegiate Relay Race was held on Pingfengcampus, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT).
The event was divided into two groups:the open group and the elite group. More than300 teams consisting of over 1,800 students participatedin the race, with each person completing a total distance of about 2 kilometres.
Launched in 2016, the New Balance National Collegiate Relay Raceis a campus sports project with the aim of “developing physical education in universities”. It is the first relay race held in universities but open to society as well.
