On December 12th, Sino-UK Symposium on Autism Education(AE) was held at Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology(ZJUT-Zhijiang).
The head of the Party Committee of ZJUT-Zhijiang, Mr. Ian Mullins, Headteacher of the Licensed Victuallers' School(LVS) in Britain, Mr. Cui Yongyuan, a famous host in CCTV, and over 300 teachers and students from ZJUT-Zhijiang attended the forum.
Mr. Cui briefly introduced the specific construction planning on Autism Talent College. He acquainted himself with the autism population because of an early lecture inspired by Barry Morrow, an Academy Award winning screenplay write for Rain Man.
Mr. Ian Mullins delivered a speech on basic knowledge and symptoms of autism. Professor Wang Yonggu from College of Education at ZJUT shared his research results on autism.
